Resuscitation and Blood Conference 1-3 November 2023

THUNDER is a new conference, hosting the global THOR blood network for the first time in the Southern Hemisphere and there is a huge line-up of international blood experts coming to speak on blood and resuscitation. These people are the authors of many of the papers we cite including Phil Spinella, Elon Glassberg, Andrew Beckett and Geir Strangeres. There will be talks on whole blood and freeze dried plasma which have been introduced with great success in other countries. This conference will be multi-disciplinary, including trauma surgeons, anaesthetists, prehospital retrieval physicians and blood scientists. Lifeblood Australia will also be contributing. We are also excited to launch the TEG workshop which will be available for all delegates. To view the draft program, speaker biographies and register, please click here.
